Living in the Macedon Ranges since 1975 Janis has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate and property law matters. She has a traditional family history in real estate stemming back to the early 1940s.
Janis has owned her own real estate businesses for the past seven years both in Gisborne and Melbourne, having worked previously as a Licensed Estate Agent.
Experienced in all aspects of real estate, Janis is a Consultant to the industry being an qualified real estate academic since 1997 and having personally trained thousands of agents in that period. Janis’s integrity and honesty is part of her trademark in the industry, as is emphasized by her Justice of the Peace status.
With a caring and friendly attitude Janis excitedly invites you to share the many letters of recommendation received from her past and present clients.
As a member of her local community, and raising her children in the area, she and husband James have owned properties in Macedon, Mt Macedon, Woodend and Gisborne. Janis has strong local knowledge which is invaluable in assisting both vendors and new comers to the area.
Janis is a "hands on" director, and will extend all efforts in assisting her clients in fulfilling their real estate dreams.
