James (Jim) Paul.
Well known for his extensive services to the local community (including 20 years active membership of Gisborne State Emergency Services) James Paul, N.A.M., is a working director of Gisborne Real Estate.
With a history of corporate sales management, Jim decided to go "hands on" a few years ago, and work out of the family real estate business in its Branch Office at Newport, taking over the reins of Sales Manager since 2003.
During this period a considerable portion of clients were overseas developers, investors and builders. And, in such a soaring growth corridor as Newport and neighbouring Williamstown, first home buyers and home improvers were among his diverse client base. Many of these people are now seeking properties in the Macedon Ranges.
With the centralisation of the business to Gisborne, (and servicing all the Macedon Ranges) Jim joined the team at Gisborne Real Estate, to assist with the sales of residential property as well as farms and farmlets in the surrounding areas. Jim has an extended background of buying and selling properties, plus his love of thoroughbred race-horses adds to his portfolio of experience and knowledge.
With a strong local knowledge of Gisborne and Macedon Ranges (being a resident and member of the community since 1974) Jim has the proven real estate results to make the selling and buying process a satisfying, and rewarding experience.
